Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.

Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.

How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.

How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

Heady Glass Top: Add some personalization and style to your Sykloud Plus with a heady glass topper

How to Use:

Fully charge your Sykloud Plus before using it by plugging it in until the battery light is no longer flashing. Remove the glass top and fill with water to just above the air holes. Re-insert the glass top into the body of the Sykloud Plus and press the power button 5 times to unlock the device. Once unlocked, the Sykloud Plus will automatically start pre-heating to 300f. Press the button three times to select your favorite temperature and then it's ready to go!

To load, use the included hot knife to place your concentrates on the bottom surface of the bowl (not the sides). Then place the included carb cap on top of the bowl and double click the button to initiate heat-up. You can also hold down the button for on-demand heating that stops when you release. Once heated the Sykloud Plus light will turn green letting you know it's ready to go. Make sure to clean the chamber with a cotton swab once your dab is complete to keep your device functioning optimally.

Cleaning:

Regularly swabbing out the chamber with a cotton swab is the easiest way to keep your Sykloud Plus clean and ready for use. Occasionally a deeper clean is necessary to get your device back to new. The glass can be removed, soaked in isopropyl alcohol and rinsed with water for easy cleaning. Likewise, the chamber can be unscrewed and cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. Using a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol the gold contact points and airpath between the chamber and glass on the base can be cleaned. Be careful not to get any water in the base at any time.
