How much does shipping cost? If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping we offer Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) as well as Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days). Check your cart to see the exact amounts.

How long does it take to ship orders? We process orders within 1 business day. Our order processing hours are the same as our retail hours (Wed - Mon 11AM - 7PM MT; Closed Tuesdays).

Do you ship internationally? Yes, however please be aware that international customers are responsible for clearing any shipments
through their country's import customs process. Likewise, customers are responsible for any import tax / duty levied by the importing country. Check out our Shipping Policies for all the details.

How are products packaged? We take create care in packing everything to ensure it gets to you safely. We use 100% recycled bubble-wrap (re-used from what we receive from suppliers) as well as recycled paper to protect your items.

Easy Returns

Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.

Is there a restocking fee? Nope!

How does the return process work? To start please get in contact with us, either by phone at (303) 386-3653 or email (support@ritual-co.com). We'll cover all the details to get your refund ASAP.

Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.

How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.

How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

How to Use:

Extracting and cleaning is easy with Arizer's glass stem design. We recommend loading the Aroma Tube via the straw method, then hold the tube inverted (bowl facing up) as you insert all the way into your Solo II device. This upside down loading ensure no loose herbal material falls into your device which can make cleaning more difficult. Aroma tubes can be preloaded due to the included silicone cap making reloading on the go as easy as swapping tubes.

Once loaded, simultaneously press the menu and + buttons until the main screen lights up. Once on, the screen will blink the current temperature. Navigate to your preferred extraction temperature using the + and - buttons and then once preheated simply breathe through the aroma tube for easy extraction. Like with all devices, we recommend emptying your spent material while still warm for easier cleaning.

We recommend an empty "burn off" cycle with all new extraction devices to ensure there are no residual oils from manufacturing. Simply power up your device and allow it to heat and run until it shuts off. You can repeat this process if you still notice any odor from your new device.

Cleaning:

The Solo II device itself should require minimal regular cleaning if used properly. We do recommend a quick brush of the chamber whenever you remove an aroma stem to ensure there isn't any material in there. Aroma stems should be soaked in isopropyl alcohol and then rinsed with water after use for an easy clean.
