Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.

How does the return process work? To start please get in contact with us, either by phone at (303) 386-3653 or email (support@ritual-co.com). We'll cover all the details to get your refund ASAP.

Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.

How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.

How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

Why Use Terp Pearls?

Surface Area: Terp Pearls in your banger or eRig bowl provide additional surface area for optimal extraction. Additionally, the agitation caused by terp pearls ensures you get maximum concentrate to hot surface contact during your dab.
Heat Retention: The addition of rubies in your banger increases the total heating calories available meaning a longer time at optimal temperatures.

Maintenance & Cleaning:

Generally we find that the gradual and even heating from eRigs simplifies the process, while if you're using rubies inside of a quartz banger you'll have to pay more attention to temperatures to avoid damage. Here are some of our top tips for keeping your rubies in great shape.

Avoid direct flame contact with the rubies. The rapid heating from torching the rubies directly can cause them to crack due to thermal shock. Instead, we recommend gently heating your rubies through a banger, or using them inside of an eRig.
Don't expose hot rubies to liquid as the shock can cause them to crack. We recommend cleaning with a dry q-tip while warm and waiting until they fully cool if you want to use isopropyl alcohol or any other liquid cleaners. If you do clean the rubies, make sure they're fully dry before heating again.
