Why Use Terp Pearls?
- Surface Area: Terp Pearls in your banger or eRig bowl provide additional surface area for optimal extraction. Additionally, the agitation caused by terp pearls ensures you get maximum concentrate to hot surface contact during your dab.
- Heat Retention: The addition of Nano Gems in your banger increases the total heating calories available meaning a longer time at optimal temperatures.
Maintenance & Cleaning:
Generally we find that the gradual and even heating from eRigs simplifies the process, while if you're using Nano Gems inside of a quartz banger you'll have to pay more attention to temperatures to avoid damage. Here are some of our top tips for keeping your Nano Gems in great shape.
- Avoid direct flame contact with the Nano Gems. The rapid heating from torching the Nano Gems directly can cause them to crack due to thermal shock. Instead, we recommend gently heating your Nano Gems through a banger, or using them inside of an eRig.
- Don't expose hot Nano Gems to liquid as the shock can cause them to crack. We recommend cleaning with a dry q-tip while warm and waiting until they fully cool if you want to use isopropyl alcohol or any other liquid cleaners. If you do clean the Nano Gems, make sure they're fully dry before heating again.
