How are products packaged? We take great care in packing everything to ensure it gets to you safely. We use 100% recycled bubble-wrap (re-used from what we receive from suppliers) as well as recycled paper to protect your items.

Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.

Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.

How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.

How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

This Wonderlamp is a striking piece featuring an intricate two-part glaze that reminds us of a sandy ocean shore. Standing a fair amount taller than the OAB this is a distinguished desktop ceramic piece that is a beautiful compliment to your space. But don't think it's purely aesthetic as this all-in-one rig provides powerful and flavorful vaporization, satisfying bubbling and impressive cooling!

How to Use:

Because it's an all-in-one device we find using the VapBong to be very straightforward. We suggest plugging the voltage controller into a surge protector. Once plugged in, turn the voltage controller all the way up and allow the device to pre-heat for 20 minutes at full power. Once heated set the voltage controller to your preferred level (we like to start at 9.5 and adjust from there) and allow the device 5 minutes to attain the set temperature.

Once pre-heated, you just have to load your herbal material into the ceramic ball and place it securely under the heater. When placing your material in the VapBong, make sure that no white ceramic is visible at the connections and all you can see is the glaze. This ensures an airtight connection and even extraction.

Important Note: The larger ceramic ball that is fixed to the body of the VapBong contains the heating element and gets hot during use. Please use caution to avoid touching the heating element while powered on.

Cleaning:

For maximum durability we recommend emptying the VapBong (water and herbal material) on a daily basis. A regular rinse with hot water is our favorite way to keep the device clean and tasting great. If deeper cleaning is required you can quickly rinse our your VapBong with either baking soda and vinegar or isopropyl alcohol. Make sure to do a quick rinse with harsher solvents like isopropyl alcohol and don't soak for more than a couple minutes to avoid damaging the glaze.
