How much does shipping cost? If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping we offer Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) as well as Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days). Check your cart to see the exact amounts.
How long does it take to ship orders? We process orders within 1 business day. Our order processing hours are the same as our retail hours (Wed - Mon 11AM - 7PM MT; Closed Tuesdays).
Do you ship internationally? Yes, however please be aware that international customers are responsible for clearing any shipments
through their country's import customs process. Likewise, customers are responsible for any import tax / duty levied by the importing country. Check out our Shipping Policies for all the details.
How are products packaged? We take create care in packing everything to ensure it gets to you safely. We use 100% recycled bubble-wrap (re-used from what we receive from suppliers) as well as recycled paper to protect your items.

Easy Returns
Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.
Is there a restocking fee? Nope!
How does the return process work? To start please get in contact with us, either by phone at (303) 386-3653 or email (support@ritual-co.com). We'll cover all the details to get your refund ASAP.
Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.
How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

How to Use:
Fully charge your Switch 2 before using it by plugging it in until the battery light stays a solid white. To remove the glass, gently press up from the bottom of the glass attachment with your thumbs. Make sure you don't pull the glass up from the top or you risk breaking it. Fill the glass with water just above the percolator holes. Re-insert the glass top into the body of the Switch 2 ensuring that the marking on the device and glass are aligned.
To load, hover the included Drop dab tool over the quartz insert and drop your dab inside. Make sure you don't place the Drop dab tool inside the quartz insert or scrape the sides as the electronic dab tool can interfere and damage the induction heating coil. Then place the carb cap on top of the bowl, set your temperatures with the up and down arrows (or the app) and press the Dr. Dabber button to initiate the heat up cycle.

Cleaning:
Regularly swabbing out the chamber with a cotton swab is the easiest way to keep your Switch 2 clean and ready for use. Occasionally a deeper clean is necessary to get your device back to new. The glass can be removed, soaked in isopropyl alcohol and rinsed with water for easy cleaning. For deep cleaning of the quartz insert, please be very careful and follow Dr. Dabber's instructions below.
- If you need to remove the quartz insert for deeper cleaning, remove the glass attachment and set it down on a stable surface, then gently pry off the aluminum crown to reveal the induction well. Always use the supplied tweezers to remove the insert and be very careful when removing, as both the quartz and the sapphire inserts are very fragile and can break easily.
- Removing the insert is not required for regular maintenance and is only recommended when absolutely necessary. NEVER remove the insert when it is hot. Wait for the device to cool down after use before removing to avoid burns.
- Do NOT use isopropyl alcohol on the outer shell of the Switch 2 as it will damage the Blue Onyx finish. If necessary, use a damp paper towel with a small amount of dish soap to wipe down the body, making sure to avoid water entering the charging port.
