How much does shipping cost? If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping we offer Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) as well as Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days). Check your cart to see the exact amounts.
How long does it take to ship orders? We process orders within 1 business day. Our order processing hours are the same as our retail hours (Wed - Mon 11AM - 7PM MT; Closed Tuesdays).
Do you ship internationally? Yes, however please be aware that international customers are responsible for clearing any shipments
through their country's import customs process. Likewise, customers are responsible for any import tax / duty levied by the importing country. Check out our Shipping Policies for all the details.
How are products packaged? We take create care in packing everything to ensure it gets to you safely. We use 100% recycled bubble-wrap (re-used from what we receive from suppliers) as well as recycled paper to protect your items.

Easy Returns
Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.
Is there a restocking fee? Nope!
How does the return process work? To start please get in contact with us, either by phone at (303) 386-3653 or email (support@ritual-co.com). We'll cover all the details to get your refund ASAP.
Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.
How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

The Taroma XL utilizes a 30mm heater coil enclosed in GR2 Titanium filled with >650 Aroma Ruby Pearls to deliver instant and powerful extraction. Featuring triple the surface area and thermal mass of the standard Taroma users are able to appreciate all of the nuances of their herbal material. The substantial mass of titanium also ensures maximum durability providing sessions for years to come.
There is no learning curve or expertise required, simply set your preferred temperature and inhale. Like all QaromaShop desktop devices the housing securely screws over the coil and Aroma Ruby Pearls for a safe and secure fit, ensuring there is no possibility of spilled hot rubies. How to Use:

While QaromaShop DIY kits require some installation before initial use, once installed operation of the Taroma XL is extremely easy. Each kit will include installation instructions, but generally users will install the wooden handle, place the coil inside the housing, fill the housing with included Aroma Ruby Pearls, and screw on the housing upper. Once installed, users just have to plug their PID into the wall, place their housing inside the porcelain stand, and then plug the coil into the PID Controller. Temperatures are set digitally through the controller which ensures consistent sessions every time. As your device is pre-heating, use the included stainless steel scoop to loosely pile your herbal material in the Titanium Adapter Bowl. Once at temperature, simply place the Taroma XL housing on top of your bowl and begin inhaling.
Please note the Taroma XL is not designed to be used with an empty gemstone chamber. Do not attempt to overfill the gemstone chamber or overtighten the housing on any model. Overfilling / overtightening can cause cracking due to thermal expansion and will void all warranties. We only guarantee compatibility with QaromaShop products, please do not use modified / incompatible coils on the Taroma XL. Due to the raised step in the Taroma XL housing it is only compatible with 30mm, 5 wrap, clockwise coils. For reference, see below for QaromaShop's coil pinout.

Cleaning:
One of our favorite aspects of the Taroma XL is how easy it is to clean. Because the air is heated before touching your herbal material; the housing, coil and Aroma Ruby Pearls shouldn't require any cleaning. The exception is if users decide to use the Taroma XL as a double-decker where they drop concentrates on top of the heater. In this case, we recommend a good cleaning of the housing and Aroma Ruby Pearls between sessions which can be accomplished by turning the controller up to 900 degrees for 20 minutes.
We recommend swapping screens every 3-4 bowls for optimal airflow. Additionally, if users brush out their bowl and screen after each use they will find airflow stays open for longer. Bowls and screens can be soaked in isopropyl alcohol and rinsed for easy cleaning.
