How much does shipping cost? If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping we offer Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) as well as Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days). Check your cart to see the exact amounts.
How long does it take to ship orders? We process orders within 1 business day. Our order processing hours are the same as our retail hours (Wed - Mon 11AM - 7PM MT; Closed Tuesdays).
Do you ship internationally? Yes, however please be aware that international customers are responsible for clearing any shipments
through their country's import customs process. Likewise, customers are responsible for any import tax / duty levied by the importing country. Check out our Shipping Policies for all the details.
How are products packaged? We take create care in packing everything to ensure it gets to you safely. We use 100% recycled bubble-wrap (re-used from what we receive from suppliers) as well as recycled paper to protect your items.

Easy Returns
Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.
Is there a restocking fee? Nope!
How does the return process work? To start please get in contact with us, either by phone at (303) 386-3653 or email (support@ritual-co.com). We'll cover all the details to get your refund ASAP.
Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.
How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

Like all QaromaShop desktop devices the housing securely screws over the coil and Aroma Ruby Pearls for a safe and secure fit, ensuring there is no possibility of spilled hot rubies. The Taroma Lite XL is a unique model offering thinner titanium sidewalls which maximize heat transferred to the insane quantity of aroma ruby pearls. Because of the higher mass of aroma ruby pearls relative to the titanium housing, flavor from the Taroma Lite XL is exceptional. Please note that the heating coil is exposed in the Taroma Lite XL which is different from the other QaromaShop housings which enclose the coil.
For best performance we recommend stretching your heater coil on the Taroma Lite XL slightly longer than the gemstone chamber. The coil can then be slightly compressed (like a spring) by screwing on the cap for a nice tight fit.

QaromaShop GO Kits come fully installed and ready to use!
Once installed, users just have to plug their PID into the wall, place their housing inside the porcelain stand, and then plug the coil into the PID Controller. Temperatures are set digitally through the controller which ensures consistent sessions every time. As your device is pre-heating, use the included stainless steel scoop to loosely pile your herbal material in the Titanium Adapter Bowl. Once at temperature, simply place the Taroma Lite XL housing on top of your bowl and begin inhaling.
Please note the Taroma Lite XL is not designed to be used with an empty gemstone chamber. Do not attempt to overfill the gemstone chamber or overtighten the housing on any model. Overfilling / overtightening can cause cracking due to thermal expansion and will void all warranties. We only guarantee compatibility with QaromaShop products, please do not use modified / incompatible coils on the Taroma Lite XL. For reference, see below for QaromaShop's coil pinout.

Cleaning:
One of our favorite aspects of the Taroma Lite XL is how easy it is to clean. Because the air is heated before touching your herbal material; the housing, coil and Aroma Ruby Pearls shouldn't require any cleaning. The exception is if users decide to use the Taroma Lite XL as a double-decker where they drop concentrates on top of the heater. In this case, we recommend a good cleaning of the housing and Aroma Ruby Pearls between sessions which can be accomplished by turning the controller up to 700 degrees for 20 minutes.
We recommend swapping screens every 3-4 bowls for optimal airflow. Additionally, if users brush out their bowl and screen after each use they will find airflow stays open for longer. Bowls and screens can be soaked in isopropyl alcohol and rinsed for easy cleaning.
