Best Dabbing Gear 2025:

Pivot

• Price: $130

The Pivot is the much anticipated replacement for the Puffco Plus bringing a 3D Chamber to the portable dab pen game! Offering one of the sleekest form factors in the dab world and remarkably powerful hits the Puffco Pivot quickly has become a favorite of the Ritual Colorado team. With 4 pre-set temperatures and some really sleek lights and haptic feedback the Pivot definitely feels refined while you're using it. The built-in directional airflow to the silicone cap is a great feature that is best experienced with a 3mm ruby terp pearl in the chamber. Our go-to for Red Rocks, concerts and public events we're big fans of the discrete but powerful Pivot.

The primary downsides to the Pivot is the short airpath which can mean hot vapor on the higher heat settings. However, we have been getting big clouds from the lower heat settings so haven't felt any need to turn it up. Additionally, the battery life can be a bit limited, although we generally are getting 10-12 bowls per charge which has been sufficient for most use cases.

Full Weld Quartz Terp Blender

The Full Weld Quartz Terp Blender Banger by MJ Arsenal is a high quality banger setup at a great price. The Terp Blender style has a wide barrel which simplifies heating while the convenient dish makes dropping your dab easy and provides the rotating airflow. With the included terp pearls and marble this is a complete kit offering refined dabs at a great price. The Full Weld Quartz Terp Blender pairs well with the Recy-clops rig, which keeps your setup compact, portable, and affordable! 

The primary downside to the Full Weld Quartz Terp Blender is that there can be a bit of a learning curve when you're first dialing in your heat timing. While this can take a bit of practice, we find that the wide barrel simplifies the process a bit offering a wider area for your torch to aim at.

Trippy Slurpee (Goyardish)

The Trippy Quartz Slurpee by Evan Shore Bangers is a premium banger made from high-quality American quartz, featuring an engraved intricate Goyardish pattern for a beautiful aesthetic finish. Designed for dab connoisseurs and heady quartz collectors, it ensures efficient vaporization with its airflow slits and excellent heat retention. We highly recommend pairing this banger with either a Disco Ball Terp Ball, or Trippy Quartz Pillar, also available by Evan Shore Bangers, and a carb cap.

The primary downside of the Trippy Slurpee is the cost, although everything is relative. These are super high quality quartz bangers made in the U.S., but it's completely understandable that some people won't want to pay so much for a breakable piece of gear.

Puffco Peak Pro 3DXL

The Puffco Peak Pro is on the front lines of innovation in the cannabis industry, and features a 3DXL chamber, joystick carb cap, real-time temperature control, customizable LED lights, and wireless charging. The device comes with a 2-year warranty and includes accessories like a loading tool, dual tool pack, carrying case, and USB-C charging cable. This latest model makes this a great all-in-one eRig for those who prioritize ease of use and portability. To improve your experience even further, we recommend pairing it with a heady dry top to get all those tasty terps, or add ruby pearls for added heat retention and more precise extraction!

The primary downside of the Peak Pro is the wifi integration and app communication. We've been in a scenario where we couldn't replace the atomizer while camping because for whatever reason the device needed an internet connection before it would accept the new atomizer. Cleaning on the Peak Pro can also be a bit more involved vs. some of the other options here.

Dr. Dabber Switch 2

• Manufacturer: Dr. Dabber

This Switch 2 is the latest eRig from Dr. Dabber and a true heavyweight which utilizes induction heating technology and a quartz bucket for big dabs with insane flavor! The resemblance to a coffee machine makes sense as we feel this device is best enjoyed on the counter or coffee table at home. Featuring three unique heating profiles, a two-year warranty and precise real-time temperature controls we think the Switch 2 is upping the bar for how clean of a hit you can get from a digital device.

In our opinion, there are two primary downsides of the Dr. Dabber Switch 2. While we love that they include a heated dab tool, it comes with the caution to not insert the dab tool into the heating coil or you risk damaging the electronics. While this is difficult to avoid with induction heating tech, we wish there was another safety layer in place to protect your device. Additionally, the outer shell cannot be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol or you risk damaging the finish. While this isn't a huge deal, we definitely prefer to clean our entire setups with iso when possible.

Puffco New Peak

The New Peak launched in late 2024 and despite the substantial reduction in price still retains the sophistication and powerful dabs we've come to expect from Puffco. With the included 3D Chamber, joystick cap and 2-year warranty this is a great first eRig that is powerful enough to satisfy seasoned dabbers. With all our eRigs we think a ruby terp pearl or two enhance the experience and the New Peak is no exception, our favorites are 3mm which are small enough to provide rapid movement in your 3D Chamber. 

The primary downside of the New Peak is we find the airflow on the stock glass to be a touch open. If you're looking for big hits we suggest slowing down your draw just a bit to compensate. However, given all Puffco Peak models are compatible with the same glass upgrades you've got a ton of options for a heady top if you want something more personalized. 

Riggo

Offering a great balance between features, performance and price the Riggo is a customer favorite dab rig. Great for on-the-go dry hits with the included mouthpiece, or swap in the included 14mm water pipe adapter to filter through a rig. The crushed quartz atomizer provides reliable performance and the glass cap gives you complete control over airflow. All the glass parts are easily removable so cleaning is a breeze.

The primary downside of the Riggo is the 10-second shutoff for a session. While understandable to keep the device from overheating, sometimes we want to push beyond the blinker for a huge hit. Additionally the crushed quartz atomizer can slightly compromise the flavor of your concentrates when compared to a high quality banger.

Dab Rite Pro

• Category: Best Dab Thermometer
• Price: $300

The Dab Rite Pro Thermometer by Dab Rite offers precise temperature control with features like a German-manufactured IR sensor, full-color screen, night mode, light and sound alerts, and four programmable profiles. It also includes a 10-inch arm, Sesh Light, Dunk Alarm, and multiple alert options. While a heat sensor isn't necessary for every setup, we do recommend one if you find yourself with heating issues, such as taking a dab too cold or accidentally chazzing your banger. (It happens to the best of us!) It's also very useful when you get into headier bangers to protect your investment.

The primary downside of the Dab Rite Pro is the price point which can be high depending on how much you have invested in bangers. Given the high level of precision and convenient features we believe the Dab Rite Pro is best suited for heady collectors who are interested in preserving their investment into quartz.

Complete MiniNail Kit - White Controller

The MiniNail ENail Kit is a compact and powerful e-nail setup designed for daily use. Its small size, ease of use, and efficient heating make it ideal for a consistent, high-quality dabbing experience. The titanium joint combined with a quartz dish ensures your concentrates are evenly and consistently heated, with that pure, delicious flavor off of quartz we love so much! We've found that adding 3-4 3mm ruby pearls to the nail significantly improves heat retention, which enhances efficiency and speeds up desired effects.

The primary downside of the MiniNail kits are the exposed hot parts. While it's awesome to have a dab pre-heated and ready to go at any time, we definitely prefer a secure enclosure for the heated parts to avoid the risk of bumping or tipping over.

Inspo+

The Inspo+ Concentrate Vaporizer is a versatile and discreet device for stoners on-the-go. The device is compatible with 510 thread cartridges, allowing users to switch between concentrate vaporization and cartridge use. We've taken these devices on international hikes, concerts, family outings, etc and they hold up like a champ!

The primary downside of the Inspo+ is the included atomizer. While it's awesome as a backup, we don't find it performs as well as some other dab pens at a similar price. However, the form factor, battery capacity and display screen all make the Inspo+ a favorite of the Ritual Colorado team even if we use it as a cart battery a majority of the time.

Blazer Big Buddy

Their products are widely used in various fields, including culinary, industrial, and cannabis.
