Free Shipping: We offer free Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) for all U.S. orders over $75 (including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & Puerto Rico)! You also have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days) if you can't wait to get your new gear.
How much does shipping cost? If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping we offer Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) as well as Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days). Check your cart to see the exact amounts.
How long does it take to ship orders? We process orders within 1 business day. Our order processing hours are the same as our retail hours (Wed - Mon 11AM - 7PM MT; Closed Tuesdays).
Do you ship internationally? Yes, however please be aware that international customers are responsible for clearing any shipments
through their country's import customs process. Likewise, customers are responsible for any import tax / duty levied by the importing country. Check out our Shipping Policies for all the details.
How are products packaged? We take create care in packing everything to ensure it gets to you safely. We use 100% recycled bubble-wrap (re-used from what we receive from suppliers) as well as recycled paper to protect your items.

Easy Returns
Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.
Is there a restocking fee? Nope!
How does the return process work? To start please get in contact with us, either by phone at (303) 386-3653 or email (support@ritual-co.com). We'll cover all the details to get your refund ASAP.
Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.
How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

Cómo utilizar:
Cargue completamente su Peak Pro antes de usarlo enchufándolo hasta que la luz de la batería esté verde. Retire la tapa de vidrio y llénela con agua justo encima de los orificios de ventilación. Vuelva a insertar la tapa de vidrio en el cuerpo del Peak Pro y mantenga presionado el botón de encendido durante 3 segundos para desbloquear el dispositivo. Haga clic una vez en el botón para alternar entre las configuraciones de calor (Azul - Bajo, Verde - Medio, Rojo - Alto, Blanco - Máximo).
Para cargar, use una herramienta de dab para colocar los concentrados en la superficie inferior del recipiente (no en los lados). Luego coloque la tapa del carburador encima del recipiente y haga doble clic en el botón para iniciar el calentamiento. Una vez calentado, el Peak Pro vibrará y las luces parpadearán 3 veces, lo que significa que está listo para arrancar. Asegúrese de limpiar la cámara con un hisopo de algodón una vez que haya completado el toque para que su dispositivo siga funcionando de manera óptima.
Limpieza:
Limpiar periódicamente la cámara con un bastoncillo de algodón es la forma más sencilla de mantener su Peak Pro limpio y listo para usar. Ocasionalmente es necesaria una limpieza más profunda para que su dispositivo vuelva a estar como nuevo. El vidrio se puede quitar, remojar en alcohol isopropílico y enjuagar con agua para facilitar la limpieza. Asimismo, la cámara se puede desenroscar y limpiar con alcohol isopropílico. Con un bastoncillo de algodón humedecido en alcohol isopropílico se pueden limpiar los puntos de contacto dorados y el conducto de aire entre la cámara y el vidrio de la base. Tenga cuidado de que no entre agua en la base en ningún momento.
