We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We apologize, but are unable to accept returns of glass items at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for products which have their warranties activated with the manufacturer. Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase to help expedite the process. We do not charge any restocking fees and we cover return shipping if any products received are defective. If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ritual-co.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty
All Ritual Colorado products include identical warranties as if purchased directly from the manufacturer. If you have a product which requires warranty service, we will help you in finding the quickest resolution. Many times this involves dealing directly with the manufacturer, although we are happy to help in any way we can.
For our in-house brands and participating manufacturers we handle all warranty matters directly to provide you the quickest resolution and best experience.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like glass items and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you have any issues, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please reach out to support@ritual-co.com if you have any questions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will be applied at the dollar value of the products returned, less any costs Ritual Colorado incurs in the return process (i.e. customs charges, shipping charges, etc.).
