Free Shipping: We offer free Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) for all U.S. orders over $75 (including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & Puerto Rico)! You also have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days) if you can't wait to get your new gear.
How much does shipping cost? If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping we offer Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) as well as Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days). Check your cart to see the exact amounts.
How long does it take to ship orders? We process orders within 1 business day. Our order processing hours are the same as our retail hours (Wed - Mon 11AM - 7PM MT; Closed Tuesdays).
Do you ship internationally? Yes, however please be aware that international customers are responsible for clearing any shipments
through their country's import customs process. Likewise, customers are responsible for any import tax / duty levied by the importing country. Check out our Shipping Policies for all the details.
How are products packaged? We take create care in packing everything to ensure it gets to you safely. We use 100% recycled bubble-wrap (re-used from what we receive from suppliers) as well as recycled paper to protect your items.

Easy Returns
Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.
Is there a restocking fee? Nope!
How does the return process work? To start please get in contact with us, either by phone at (303) 386-3653 or email (support@ritual-co.com). We'll cover all the details to get your refund ASAP.
Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.
How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

Cómo utilizar:
Llene su Mighty+ con su material herbal molido. Los usuarios pueden depositar su material directamente en la cámara de calentamiento o pueden precargar las cápsulas dosificadoras para recargarlas fácilmente y limpiar menos el dispositivo. Mantenga presionado el botón de encendido para encender y luego use las flechas para configurar su temperatura de extracción preferida. Una vez que el dispositivo vibra, ya está a temperatura y listo para extraer. Luego simplemente tome caladas uniformes a través de la boquilla para una sesión conveniente y confiable.
Recomendamos un ciclo de "quemado" vacío con todos los dispositivos de extracción nuevos para garantizar que no queden aceites residuales de la fabricación. Simplemente encienda su dispositivo y déjelo calentar y funcionar hasta que se apague. Puede repetir este proceso si aún nota algún olor en su nuevo dispositivo.
Limpieza:
Como ocurre con todos los dispositivos de extracción, recomendamos vaciar el material de hierbas mientras aún está caliente para facilitar la limpieza. También recomendamos a los usuarios que cepillen su dispositivo entre sesiones para asegurarse de que no queden restos de material herbáceo.
También recomendamos una limpieza más profunda de forma regular para mantener su dispositivo funcionando de manera óptima. Para ello, desmonte todas las piezas de la unidad de refrigeración y sumérjalas en alcohol isopropílico. Luego enjuague con agua y seque completamente antes de volver a ensamblar. Para limpiar el interior de su dispositivo, los usuarios pueden sumergir un hisopo en alcohol isopropílico y limpiar suavemente el horno mientras sostienen su dispositivo boca abajo. Recomendamos invertir su dispositivo durante la limpieza del horno para asegurarse de que no gotee líquido en su dispositivo que pueda causar daños.
