Free Shipping: We offer free Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) for all U.S. orders over $75 (including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & Puerto Rico)! You also have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days) if you can't wait to get your new gear.
How much does shipping cost? If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping we offer Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) as well as Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days). Check your cart to see the exact amounts.
How long does it take to ship orders? We process orders within 1 business day. Our order processing hours are the same as our retail hours (Wed - Mon 11AM - 7PM MT; Closed Tuesdays).
Do you ship internationally? Yes, however please be aware that international customers are responsible for clearing any shipments
through their country's import customs process. Likewise, customers are responsible for any import tax / duty levied by the importing country. Check out our Shipping Policies for all the details.
How are products packaged? We take create care in packing everything to ensure it gets to you safely. We use 100% recycled bubble-wrap (re-used from what we receive from suppliers) as well as recycled paper to protect your items.

Easy Returns
Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.
Is there a restocking fee? Nope!
How does the return process work? To start please get in contact with us, either by phone at (303) 386-3653 or email (support@ritual-co.com). We'll cover all the details to get your refund ASAP.
Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.
How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

Cómo utilizar:
La extracción y limpieza es fácil con el diseño del vástago de vidrio de Arizer. Recomendamos cargar el Aroma Tube mediante el método de la pajita y luego sostener el tubo invertido (el recipiente hacia arriba) mientras lo inserta completamente en su dispositivo Air MAX. Esta carga al revés garantiza que no caiga material vegetal suelto en el dispositivo, lo que puede dificultar la limpieza. Los tubos de aroma se pueden precargar gracias a la tapa de silicona incluida, lo que hace que recargarlos sobre la marcha sea tan fácil como cambiar los tubos.
Una vez cargado, presione simultáneamente los botones menú y + hasta que se ilumine la pantalla principal. Una vez encendido, la pantalla parpadeará con la temperatura actual. Navegue hasta su temperatura de extracción preferida usando los botones + y - y luego, una vez precalentado, simplemente respire a través del tubo de aroma para facilitar la extracción. Como ocurre con todos los dispositivos, recomendamos vaciar el material gastado mientras aún esté caliente para facilitar la limpieza.
Recomendamos un ciclo de "quemado" vacío con todos los dispositivos de extracción nuevos para garantizar que no queden aceites residuales de la fabricación. Simplemente encienda su dispositivo y déjelo calentar y funcionar hasta que se apague. Puede repetir este proceso si aún nota algún olor en su nuevo dispositivo.
Limpieza:
El dispositivo Air MAX en sí debería requerir una limpieza regular mínima si se usa correctamente. Recomendamos un cepillo rápido de la cámara cada vez que retire un tallo aromático para asegurarse de que no haya ningún material allí. Los tallos aromáticos se pueden remojar en alcohol isopropílico y luego enjuagar con agua después de su uso para una fácil limpieza.
