How long does it take to ship orders? We process orders within 1 business day. Our order processing hours are (Mon - Fri 10AM - 5PM MT; Closed Weekends).

Do you ship internationally? Yes, however please be aware that international customers are responsible for clearing any shipments through their country's import customs process. How are products packaged? We take great care in packing everything to ensure it gets to you safely. We use 100% recycled bubble-wrap (re-used from what we receive from suppliers) as well as recycled paper to protect your items.

Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.

Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.

How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.

How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.
