Most items are shipped via USPS, but alternate carriers may be utilized in order to speed up delivery times. We offer free economy shipping on all orders over $75.00 (within the U.S.).
We work to ship all products as quickly as possible, but please note we can experience potential delays during busy times. If you have an urgent need for something please reach out to support@ritual-co.com and we will do our best to help.
We offer worldwide shipping at an additional cost. International shipping customers are required to abide by the following policies;
- Ritual Colorado cannot change the product description and/or value of products included in a shipment for any reason
- International customers are responsible for clearing any shipments through their country's import customs process. Likewise, customers are responsible for any import tax / duty levied by the importing country
- Ritual Colorado cannot be held responsible for any lost/delayed/confiscated products or shipments. As always we will work with carriers to get your products to you as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee any timing for international customers.
International shipments customers can select their own shipping service. Please be aware that while USPS First Class Package is generally the cheapest option, this does not include any tracking services once the package has left the United States. We will always do our best to help you track down packages, but for international First Class Package orders there is very little we can do to assist. For customers focused on quick delivery and tracking we recommend upgrading to Priority Mail or looking at another carrier such as DHL or UPS. Please be aware that the import tax / duties levied are typically higher with DHL and UPS.
