Free Shipping: We offer free Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) for all U.S. orders over $75 (including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & Puerto Rico)! You also have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days) if you can't wait to get your new gear.
How much does shipping cost? If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping we offer Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) as well as Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days). Check your cart to see the exact amounts.
How long does it take to ship orders? We process orders within 1 business day. Our order processing hours are the same as our retail hours (Wed - Mon 11AM - 7PM MT; Closed Tuesdays).
Do you ship internationally? Yes, however please be aware that international customers are responsible for clearing any shipments
through their country's import customs process. Likewise, customers are responsible for any import tax / duty levied by the importing country. Check out our Shipping Policies for all the details.
How are products packaged? We take create care in packing everything to ensure it gets to you safely. We use 100% recycled bubble-wrap (re-used from what we receive from suppliers) as well as recycled paper to protect your items.

Easy Returns
Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.
Is there a restocking fee? Nope!
How does the return process work? To start please get in contact with us, either by phone at (303) 386-3653 or email (support@ritual-co.com). We'll cover all the details to get your refund ASAP.
Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.
How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

Der Zauberstab sorgt in Kombination mit den Bangern aus Borosilikatglas für ein sicheres und einfaches Dabbing-Erlebnis, da weder eine Taschenlampe noch die Drähte und Spulen anderer eNails erforderlich sind. Durch die Verwendung von Bangern aus Borosilikatglas mit einer Induktionserwärmungsmethode ist The Wand in der Lage, den Banger präzise auf die gewünschte Temperatur zu erhitzen. Sobald die perfekte Dabbing-Temperatur erreicht ist, geben Sie das Konzentrat in einen der Banger aus Borosilikatglas und nehmen Sie den perfekten Zug.

Wie benutzt man:
Nehmen Sie zum Dabben den von Ihnen ausgewählten Banger (gewinkelt und gerade im Karton erhältlich) und setzen Sie einen der charakteristischen Induktionsheizbecher von Ispire ein. Stellen Sie Ihre bevorzugte Tupftemperatur auf dem Digitaldisplay des Zauberstabs ein und drücken Sie doppelt auf die Feuertaste, bis Sie ein blinkendes gelbes Licht sehen. Halten Sie dann einfach den Stab über Ihren Banger, bis er die perfekte Temperatur erreicht hat. Kaufen Sie den Stativständer für freihändiges Heizen. Geben Sie dann einfach Ihren Dab in den Borosilikatbecher und inhalieren Sie ihn durch Ihr Rig. Herausnehmbare Tassen erleichtern die Reinigung.
Für die DynaVap-Induktionserwärmung empfehlen wir den Kauf des DynaVap-Adapters, der natürlich zum Stab passt. Für ein individuelleres Erlebnis können Benutzer den Stab ohne Einsatz verwenden und die Position des Zauberstabs für personalisierte Schläge anpassen. Klicken Sie dann einfach doppelt auf den Feuerknopf und erhitzen Sie Ihre Spitze, bis Sie das „Klicken“ hören. Um es mit den Worten von DynaVap zu sagen: „Erhitzen Sie die Spitze für einen leckeren Rip, erhitzen Sie die Basis, um in den Weltraum zu schießen.“
Reinigung:
Bei ordnungsgemäßem Betrieb sollte der Stab selbst nur minimale Reinigung erfordern. Wir empfehlen, die Borosilikatbecher nach Gebrauch mit einem Wattestäbchen abzutupfen, um die Wartung zu erleichtern. Alle Glasteile können zur einfachen Reinigung in Isopropylalkohol eingeweicht werden. Achten Sie darauf, alles abzuspülen und zu trocknen, bevor Sie es erneut verwenden.
