Free Shipping: We offer free Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) for all U.S. orders over $75 (including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & Puerto Rico)! You also have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days) if you can't wait to get your new gear.
How much does shipping cost? If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping we offer Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) as well as Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days). Check your cart to see the exact amounts.
How long does it take to ship orders? We process orders within 1 business day. Our order processing hours are the same as our retail hours (Wed - Mon 11AM - 7PM MT; Closed Tuesdays).
Do you ship internationally? Yes, however please be aware that international customers are responsible for clearing any shipments
through their country's import customs process. Likewise, customers are responsible for any import tax / duty levied by the importing country. Check out our Shipping Policies for all the details.
How are products packaged? We take create care in packing everything to ensure it gets to you safely. We use 100% recycled bubble-wrap (re-used from what we receive from suppliers) as well as recycled paper to protect your items.

Easy Returns
Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.
Is there a restocking fee? Nope!
How does the return process work? To start please get in contact with us, either by phone at (303) 386-3653 or email (support@ritual-co.com). We'll cover all the details to get your refund ASAP.
Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.
How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

Wie benutzt man:
Laden Sie Ihren Peak Pro vollständig auf, bevor Sie ihn verwenden, indem Sie ihn einstecken, bis die Akkuanzeige grün leuchtet. Nehmen Sie den Glasdeckel ab und füllen Sie ihn direkt über den Luftlöchern mit Wasser. Setzen Sie die Glasplatte wieder in das Gehäuse des Peak Pro ein und halten Sie den Netzschalter 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt, um das Gerät zu entsperren. Klicken Sie einmal auf die Schaltfläche, um durch die Wärmeeinstellungen zu wechseln (Blau – Niedrig, Grün – Mittel, Rot – Hoch, Weiß – Spitze).
Verwenden Sie zum Laden ein Tupfer, um Ihre Konzentrate auf der Unterseite der Schüssel (nicht an den Seiten) zu platzieren. Setzen Sie dann den Vergaserdeckel auf die Schüssel und doppelklicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche, um das Aufheizen zu starten. Sobald der Peak Pro erhitzt ist, vibriert er und die Lichter blinken dreimal, was bedeutet, dass er zum Abfahren bereit ist. Achten Sie darauf, die Kammer mit einem Wattestäbchen zu reinigen, sobald Sie mit dem Tupfen fertig sind, damit Ihr Gerät optimal funktioniert.
Reinigung:
Regelmäßiges Auswischen der Kammer mit einem Wattestäbchen ist die einfachste Möglichkeit, Ihren Peak Pro sauber und einsatzbereit zu halten. Gelegentlich ist eine gründlichere Reinigung erforderlich, um Ihr Gerät wieder in den Neuzustand zu versetzen. Zur einfachen Reinigung kann das Glas abgenommen, in Isopropylalkohol eingeweicht und mit Wasser abgespült werden. Ebenso kann die Kammer abgeschraubt und mit Isopropylalkohol gereinigt werden. Mit einem in Isopropylalkohol getauchten Wattestäbchen können die Goldkontaktpunkte und der Luftweg zwischen der Kammer und dem Glas an der Basis gereinigt werden. Achten Sie darauf, dass zu keinem Zeitpunkt Wasser in die Basis gelangt.
