Free Shipping: We offer free Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) for all U.S. orders over $75 (including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & Puerto Rico)! You also have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days) if you can't wait to get your new gear.
How much does shipping cost? If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping we offer Economy Shipping (3 to 5 business days) as well as Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days). Check your cart to see the exact amounts.
How long does it take to ship orders? We process orders within 1 business day. Our order processing hours are the same as our retail hours (Wed - Mon 11AM - 7PM MT; Closed Tuesdays).
Do you ship internationally? Yes, however please be aware that international customers are responsible for clearing any shipments
through their country's import customs process. Likewise, customers are responsible for any import tax / duty levied by the importing country. Check out our Shipping Policies for all the details.
How are products packaged? We take create care in packing everything to ensure it gets to you safely. We use 100% recycled bubble-wrap (re-used from what we receive from suppliers) as well as recycled paper to protect your items.

Easy Returns
Do you offer returns? Yes, we offer returns on any unused items in their original packages within 70 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items that have their warranty activated with the manufacturer. Check out our Refund Policy for all the details.
Is there a restocking fee? Nope!
How does the return process work? To start please get in contact with us, either by phone at (303) 386-3653 or email (support@ritual-co.com). We'll cover all the details to get your refund ASAP.
Who pays for return shipping? If the return is a result of a change of mind and there is no issue with the product received, the customer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
How much will the refund be for? Refunds are for 100% of the price you paid for the items received. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds can be issued in store credit or back onto the original payment method.
How long until my money is refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we'll issue a credit or refund within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 7 additional business days for refunds to show in your bank account.

Es ist auch ein E-Nail mit geringerer Leistung, der mit nur 89 Watt Leistung betrieben wird. Es ist als Daily Driver für den täglichen Dabber konzipiert und so konzipiert, dass es den ganzen Tag über verwendet werden kann und Missbrauch standhält.

Wie benutzt man:
Wir empfehlen bei allen neuen Absauggeräten einen leeren „Abbrennzyklus“, um sicherzustellen, dass keine Ölrückstände aus der Herstellung vorhanden sind. Schalten Sie einfach Ihr Gerät ein und lassen Sie es aufheizen und laufen, bis es sich ausschaltet. Sie können diesen Vorgang wiederholen, wenn Sie immer noch einen Geruch von Ihrem neuen Gerät bemerken. Dank ihres einzigartigen Designs ist die Einrichtung und Verwendung des MiniNail unglaublich einfach. Stecken Sie zuerst die Controller-Box in die Wand und richten Sie dann Ihre Spule und Ihren Banger ein (leichte Abweichungen je nach Nageltyp). Sobald der Nagel aufgebaut und an einem sicheren Ort zum Aufheizen ist, stecken Sie ihn in die kontrollierte Box und lassen Sie ihn auf Temperatur kommen. Sobald die Temperatur erreicht ist, nehmen Sie einfach Ihren Dab. Wir empfehlen nach jedem Tupfer einen Wattestäbchen-Tupfer, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihr Banger sauber bleibt.
Hinweis: Die Heizspirale und der Nagel der MiniNail-Geräte werden während des Gebrauchs sehr heiß. Bitte achten Sie bei der Verwendung auf sichere Praktiken. Für mehr Sicherheit besorgen Sie sich einen Heizspulenständer und eine Heizspulenabdeckung, die die heiße Spule vor versehentlichem Kontakt schützt.
Reinigung:
Eine unserer Lieblingsfunktionen von MiniNail-Geräten ist die Trennung der Dabbing-Komponenten von der Elektronik. Das bedeutet, dass Nägel/Banger in Isopropylalkohol eingeweicht und zur einfachen Reinigung gründlich mit Wasser abgespült werden können. Die elektronischen Komponenten (einschließlich der Spule) sollten sauber bleiben und keiner Reinigung oder Wartung bedürfen.
