“Glad you asked. One way we’re standing out is by focusing on the dry herb vaporization market. We want to be known as an authority in that space because it’s what we do, like its equipment that we personally use, and so we feel like we have some of the coolest products on the market. We’ve got some really great team members in the store giving out good advice, and beyond that, what we’re trying to do is help cut through the clutter. There are so many products out there that it’s hard to understand, especially for new people just getting started with vaporizers and dabbing. With our intro tier items, we want to be very competitively priced, but also stock quality products that aren’t going to break a week later. So, we start there by getting customers in the door at the most competitive prices, and from there, we can assist them if they’re looking to upgrade to something custom and unique.”

“How important do you feel customer service is and ensuring the customer’s happy?” McCarter asked.
“Customer service is very important to us, especially in our first year as an online business. That’s one of the only ways to distinguish ourselves. We are not Amazon or another online giant. More often than not, when you call, you’re talking to me, Patrick, the owner. I’m giving you my feedback based on all these devices that I’ve used, and then yeah, I’d say we go above and beyond to take care of our customers and ensure they get a perfect experience.”
